Festival country du Grand Gatineau

Image may contain: 6 people, people smiling, meme and textThe 26th annual Festival country du Grand Gatineau, the largest country music festival in Western Quebec, will be held July 29th to August 5th, 2018, under the big top in the parking lot of the Casino du Lac-Leamy. This year’s event will feature more than 100 artists performing different styles of country!

St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival

Lively, music-filled productions against the backdrop of the St. Lawrence River make for a unique summer theatre experience. The 2018 season includes The Taming of the Shrew and As You Like It.

Gatineau Recycl’Art Festival 

The Festival reinvented the Brewery Creek on Montcalm Street (Hull) by presenting more than 27 sculptures and ephemeral installations produced lasting materials recovered by Quebec artists and elsewhere. On-site: The dock of Arts, booths of artists and craftsmen, slammers, performances, concerts, street performers, shows, souvenirs, etc.

Since the first Games were held in 1948, the people of Glengarry have extended close to a million welcomes to visitors who come to see what is estimated to be one of the largest Highland Games in the world. Hundreds of thousands of people have found themselves drawn once a year to Maxville, to witness an outstanding display of music, dance, sports, pageantry, and tradition.

Colonel By Day

Brand new for 2018 – Watson’s Mill will be open to the public the third Thursday evening of every month. We will be offering free guided tours, a live concert and a cash bar!
